ProjectY measurements vs literature on TLF in HC and LBP populations
Forest Plot — TLF SWE Stiffness (Young's modulus, kPa)
Heads up on units: Aixplorer Q-Box reports Young's modulus E (what ProjectY uses). Some publications (Liu, Chen) report shear modulus μ = E/3. Below, μ-values are harmonised by ×3 so the y-axis is consistent. Native units are kept in the table.
Note: The originally proposed comparators Fede 2018, Pirri 2021, Roman 2023 do not exist with TLF SWE/kPa data — Fede's 2018 work is histology, Pirri measures thickness (mm), and no Roman et al. paper on TLF SWE was found. The four studies shown below are the actual TLF SWE literature.

ProjectY values vs literature
ProjectY uses Aixplorer SL10-2 with operator-drawn Q-Box ROI in paraspinal SWE images (4 positions: FR/FL/ER/EL, prone). The reported value is the mean across all Q-Boxes per image, then averaged over the 4 positions per subject. Native unit is Young's modulus (kPa).
