Held-out Dice of the 5-class TLF/gap/epi model per trained version (cases the older model never saw). This is the only segmentation model in use — the legacy binary thickness model was decommissioned 2026-06-03.

TLF, gap and epimysium thickness (mm) computed from the current model's segmentation of every image — these update automatically whenever a new model is trained. Inter-operator agreement per layer is shown below (from operator annotations).

Images flagged "unusable" during layer annotation (MaskAnnotation) — excluded from training. Deduplicated per image; if several operators flagged the same image, all are listed.
